I am a psychotherapist and provide psychotherapy in Polish in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and online. I have been living and working in Denmark for nine years. I am a mother of four children — this is an important part of my experience and sensitivity in my therapeutic work.
I feel particularly connected to working with parents at different stages of parenthood, as well as with adults whose childhood was a difficult or traumatic experience.
I work with adults and young adults, supporting them in finding themselves, navigating crises, and building more satisfying relationships. I also provide couples therapy and family therapy. Sometimes family therapy is the best way to support one of its members — particularly when that person is a child or teenager.
I work in Polish and English.
The most important part of my work is creating a safe and accepting atmosphere where you can be yourself.
I see my role as accompanying you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself — your emotions, experiences, and ways of relating to others.
Therapeutic work often involves experiencing difficult emotions, but it is precisely noticing and accepting them that opens the way to change and greater inner coherence.
I am also on my own journey — and I offer attentive support to people who decide to take a closer look at their lives.
I regularly supervise my work and follow the ethical code of the European Association of Gestalt Psychotherapy.
