When to Consider Therapy

If you identify with any of the points below — psychotherapy may be for you.

  • you experience difficulties in relationships — with your partner, loved ones, or at work

  • you struggle with anxiety, tension, or symptoms of depression

  • you are going through a life crisis

  • you feel overwhelmed, lost, or lonely

  • you have experienced difficult or painful experiences

  • you struggle with low self-esteem

  • you are experiencing burnout — at work or as a parent

  • you are going through grief or loss

  • you are facing an important decision

  • you do not see meaning or direction in your life

  • you need support in a sudden, difficult situation

  • you experience difficulties related to living abroad

  • you are dealing with existential questions — about meaning, loneliness, or death

  • you identify as LGBTQ+ and are looking for a safe space

  • you are experiencing the effects of trauma or PTSD

  • I also work with entire families. When a family is going through a serious crisis, I help its members find common ground and understanding while taking into account the feelings of each family member.

If you are not sure whether psychotherapy is right for you, you can book an initial consultation and take some time to explore it.

You can meet with me through psychotherapy in Aarhus, psychotherapy in Copenhagen, or online psychotherapy.
